About Me

I am an experienced attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist, registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy under the Council for Psychoanalysis and Jungian Analysis. After completing my Psychology degree, I completed an in-depth and rigorous four year clinical training and qualified as an attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist at the Bowlby Centre, London.

I bring experience of working with the Red Cross in refugee programs and of different types of therapy, including those involving art and groups. I have worked with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, unstable relationships, unable to regulate their own emotions, bereavement, sexual identity issues, childhood sexual abuse, self-harm, suicidality, eating disorder, addiction, obsessive compulsive symptoms, agoraphobia, arson, and dissociative identity disorder.
